01 - 1 clove of garlic, chopped

03 - 15 g fresh cilantro, minced
04 - 15 ml Dijon mustard
05 - 30 ml fresh lime juice
06 - 60 ml mayo
07 - 120 ml thick Greek yogurt or sour cream

→ Salad Bowl

08 - 15 g cilantro, chopped
09 - 50 g feta, broken up
10 - 3 crispy bacon slices, crumbled (skip if you want)
11 - 1 avocado, cubed
12 - 280 g cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
13 - 2 ears of fresh corn, husks off

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pour the creamy cilantro sauce over each serving, then sprinkle the rest of your chopped cilantro on top. Enjoy right away.
02 - Grab a big bowl, tip in the corn, tomatoes, avocado, bacon if you want, feta chunks, and half of your cilantro. Give it a gentle toss so it's all mixed up.
