Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with 7 and a half graham cracker sheets, breaking them to fit.

Place banana slices evenly on top of the graham crackers.

In a large bowl, vigorously whisk together the whole milk and instant pudding until smooth and thick.

In a separate bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Add thawed Cool Whip to the cream cheese mixture and beat until just combined.

Blend the pudding and cream cheese mixtures together until well combined.

Pour half of the combined mixture over the banana slices in the baking dish.

Add another layer using 7 and a half graham crackers and top with the remaining cream mixture.

Crush the remaining graham cracker sheet and sprinkle over the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
