01 - 1 lb lean ground beef
02 - 1 medium yellow onion, diced
03 - 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 3/4 teaspoon black pepper, divided
06 - 8 oz heavy cream
07 - 4 oz cream cheese
08 - 1 oz ranch dressing mix
09 - 14.5 oz Doritos Nacho Chips
10 - 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
11 - 5 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
12 - 3 green onions, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef while breaking it apart. Add diced onion and continue cooking until beef is fully browned.
03 - Add minced garlic, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - In a small pot over medium-high heat, pour heavy cream and add cream cheese. Stir until smooth and melted. Mix in ranch dressing mix and remaining pepper. Keep warm on low heat.
05 - Spread Doritos onto a large baking sheet. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella evenly over chips. Spoon beef mixture over the top, then add remaining mozzarella and cooked bacon.
06 - Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 6–8 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted.
