Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on top.

In a bowl, mix dark brown sugar, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne until well combined.

Lay bacon on the rack without overlapping. Rub spice mix onto both sides of each slice thoroughly.

Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake another 10–15 minutes until caramelized and dark. Cool completely before cutting.

Mix softened butter with garlic and parsley in a bowl. Set aside.

Spread garlic butter on cut sides of slider buns. Toast face-down in a skillet over medium heat until golden.

Spread mayo on bottom buns. Add lettuce, a seasoned tomato slice, and three pieces of candied bacon. Top with bun.
