Chopped Italian Salad Pizza (Printable Recipe)

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dough and Crust

01 - Brush 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil over stretched dough
02 - 1 pound (450 grams) pizza dough
03 - Drizzle 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil on your baking pan

→ Dressing

04 - Add in 2 tablespoons olive oil to finish the dressing
05 - Toss in a bit of dried oregano
06 - Splash in 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) red wine vinegar
07 - A little kosher salt, as much or little as you like
08 - Mix in 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
09 - Crack some black pepper over it to taste

→ Topping

10 - 1 cup (150 grams) mozzarella balls, drained and bite-sized
11 - 1 cup (250 grams) ricotta cheese
12 - A bundle of microgreens, about 1 cup (30 grams)
13 - Half a small red onion, slice into thin rings
14 - Half a cup (60 grams) of sliced pepperoncini
15 - One head of Bibb lettuce, chopped up

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slide your salad all over the cooled pizza, add mozzarella, pepperoncini, and onion rings on top, then serve up right away.
02 - Toss microgreens and Bibb lettuce together in a big bowl, then pour the dressing over everything.
03 - Pull the baked pizza from your oven and let it sit for 10–15 minutes so it chills out a bit.
04 - Pop the dough in your hot oven for about 18–20 minutes until it's golden and crisp.
05 - Smooth ricotta all over the dough, then sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper to your liking.
06 - Grab a small bowl, stir together Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, and oregano, then slowly whisk in the olive oil. Sprinkle on salt and pepper if you want. Leave it aside.
07 - Gently pull and stretch out your dough to fit the pan, poke dents with your fingers, brush over some olive oil, and let it puff up in a warm spot for 15-20 minutes.
08 - Heat oven to 230°C. Pour oil on your baking pan so nothing sticks.
