09 - 100 g granulated sugar
10 - 2 tsp ground cinnamon

11 - 225 g cream cheese
12 - 100 g granulated sugar
13 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon small portions onto parchment paper and freeze at least 1 hour.
02 - Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla and mix until combined. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until dough forms.
03 - Divide dough into portions, flatten slightly, and place a frozen filling ball in the center. Seal dough around filling. Cut a hole in the center if desired.
04 - Roll shaped donuts in cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
05 - Arrange donuts on a baking sheet and bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Allow donuts to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving to stabilize the filling.
