Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a muffin or popover pan in the oven while it heats.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt until evenly combined.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk until well blended.

Gradually whisk the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until smooth and lump-free. Stir in melted butter.

Carefully remove the hot pan from the oven and generously grease each cup with butter.

Pour batter into each cup, filling them about halfway.

Bake for 20 minutes at 450°F (230°C) without opening the oven door.
