01 - A dash of salt, as much as you like
02 - Zest and squeezed juice from one lemon
03 - A little Dijon mustard, about half a teaspoon
04 - Fresh ground black pepper, add to taste
05 - Drizzle in 80 ml olive oil
06 - Garlic powder, around half a teaspoon

07 - One tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
08 - Three zucchini, turned into noodle shapes
09 - One bunch of radishes, sliced up thin

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Toss your zucchini noodles and sliced radishes together in a big bowl. Drizzle the dressing all over and mix well so everything gets coated. Throw on the chopped thyme at the end and dig in right away.
