07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 cup chicken broth
09 - 0.75 cup heavy cream
10 - 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
11 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
12 - 0.5 tsp chili flakes, or to taste
13 - 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
14 - 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

→ For the Pasta

15 - 12 oz linguine pasta
16 - Salt, for pasta water

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving 0.5 cup of pasta water.
02 - Season chicken strips with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
04 - Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, chili flakes, and smoked paprika. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens.
05 - Return cooked chicken and linguine to the skillet. Toss to coat in sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.
06 - Top with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Searing chicken quickly locks in moisture and preserves tenderness.
02 - Use freshly grated Parmesan for optimal melt and flavor.
03 - Simmering the sauce thickens it and helps coat the pasta evenly.
04 - Adjust chili flakes to control heat level to your preference.
05 - Fresh lemon juice brightens the rich sauce and enhances flavor.
