01 - 1 large head broccoli, chopped into 1/2 to 3/4 inch florets
02 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/3 cup almond flour
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Chop the broccoli into very small, uniform pieces. Place in a large microwave-safe bowl with a small amount of water. Cover and microwave until the broccoli is soft and tender.
02 - Drain any excess water and partially mash the broccoli using a potato masher or large fork, leaving some texture intact.
03 - Add shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, almond flour, eggs, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper to the mashed broccoli. Stir until the mixture is cohesive and binds when pressed.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Scoop mixture into the pan and flatten gently. Cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown, flip, and cook until the other side is crispy and golden.
