Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the bottom of a crockpot or slow cooker.

Pour the entire bottle of parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken.

Add milk to the empty sauce bottle, shake well, and pour over chicken. Add cubed cream cheese and parmesan cheese, then stir to coat.

Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or low for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove chicken to a cutting board, shred with two forks, then return to the crockpot and stir into the sauce.

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain well, and add to the crockpot. Stir until evenly coated in sauce.
