Place chicken breasts, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, dried basil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper into the crockpot.

Cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return it to the crockpot. Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese.
