Garlic butter prawn pasta in white wine sauce ready fast with rich flavor and tender shrimp.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Seafood

01 - 400 g prawns or shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Pasta

02 - 300 g spaghetti

→ Fats and Oils

03 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
04 - 3 tbsp salted or unsalted butter

→ Aromatics and Vegetables

05 - 1 shallot, finely chopped
06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced

→ Liquids and Acids

07 - 100 ml dry white wine
08 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

→ Herbs

09 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and reserve.
02 - Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped shallot and cook for 2 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
03 - Add prawns to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
04 - Pour white wine into the skillet to deglaze. Simmer for 2 minutes until slightly reduced.
05 - Return prawns to the skillet. Add remaining butter, lemon juice, and cooked spaghetti. Toss well to coat.
06 - Stir in chopped parsley. Serve immediately while hot to preserve sauce texture and prawn tenderness.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Use fresh prawns when available for the best texture, but frozen ones work well if thawed and dried properly.
02 - Serve immediately to avoid overcooking the prawns and breaking the emulsion of the butter sauce.
