Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the long sides.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until evenly combined.

Add egg, vanilla, brewed coffee, orange juice, vegetable oil, and 1/3 cup honey to the dry mixture. Whisk until the batter is smooth and just incorporated.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the top.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is set and springs back to the touch, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then lift it out and place on a cooling rack to cool completely.
