In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Season drumsticks with salt and pepper and place them in a Ziploc bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).

Arrange marinated drumsticks on a foil- or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with the reserved marinade, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
