Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a container, combine chicken wings with soy sauce, tamari, honey, garlic, and lemon juice. Seal the container and shake to coat evenly. Let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Arrange marinated wings on the prepared tray, skin-side up. Pour remaining marinade over the wings. Bake for 25–35 minutes until caramelized and golden brown.

Transfer wings to a serving plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion, and serve hot.
