05 - 1 tsp garlic powder

08 - 2 eggs
09 - ½ cup buttermilk
10 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
11 - Vegetable, canola, or peanut oil for frying

14 - 1 tbsp soy sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
02 - In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, whisk eggs together with buttermilk. In a third bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.
03 - Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
04 - In a deep pan, heat 2 inches of oil to 175°C (350°F).
05 - Fry the shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a wire rack to drain excess oil.
06 - In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in hot honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes.
