# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Italian Dressing

01 - 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
02 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
03 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
04 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
07 - 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
08 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
10 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
11 - 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
12 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Pasta Salad

13 - 12 ounces elbow pasta, cooked al dente
14 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
15 - 1 cup dill pickles, diced
16 - 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
17 - 1/2 cup white onion, diced
18 - 1/2 cup pepperoncinis, sliced
19 - 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
20 - 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
21 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
22 - 1 cup salami, diced
23 - 1 cup provolone cheese, diced
24 - 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a mason jar, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, minced onion, celery salt, parsley, thyme, black pepper, fennel seeds, and red pepper flakes. Seal and shake vigorously. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
02 - Boil 4 cups of salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water for 2 minutes. Toss with olive oil and refrigerate.
03 - Dice the pickles, tomatoes, onion, pepperoncinis, salami, and provolone into bite-sized pieces. Chop the fresh basil, oregano, and parsley.
04 - In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped vegetables, herbs, salami, and cheese. Pour in the dressing and toss until well coated.
