08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

→ Pasta and Sauce

10 - 8 oz linguine
11 - 2 tbsp butter
12 - 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
14 - Salt and pepper, to taste
15 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
16 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil plenty of salted water and cook linguine to al dente according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
02 - Toss chicken pieces with lemon zest, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in single layer and sauté 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and keep warm.
04 - Add remaining butter to same skillet and melt. Add minced garlic and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
05 - Pour heavy cream into skillet, add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer gently for 3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add grated Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth.
06 - Add drained linguine to skillet and toss gently to coat every strand with creamy sauce.
07 - Arrange chicken over pasta and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Always zest lemon before juicing to capture fragrant oils
02 - Let cooked chicken rest covered with foil while finishing sauce to keep extra juicy
03 - Use freshly grated Parmesan instead of pre-grated for smoothest sauce
04 - Add extra lemon zest at end of cooking for burst of brightness
