05 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 3 tablespoons olive oil

→ Gravy

07 - 2 cups chicken broth
08 - 1 beef bouillon cube or 1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or low sodium soy sauce
10 - 1/3 cup half and half
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
14 - 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
15 - 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
16 - 1/2 cup dry white wine
17 - 3 cloves garlic minced
18 - 4 tablespoons butter
19 - 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
20 - 2 to 3 drops Kitchen Bouquet optional

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
02 - Season pork chops with salt and let rest for 30 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and pound to even thickness. Pat dry and dredge in flour.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops in batches until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Set aside.
04 - Mix chicken broth, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, half and half, spices, wine, and garlic in a bowl. Set aside.
05 - In the same skillet, add wine and garlic. Cook until wine reduces by half. Add butter and whisk in flour to form a roux. Cook for 2 minutes. Slowly whisk in gravy mixture and bring to a gentle simmer.
06 - Return pork chops to skillet and spoon gravy on top. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Add mushrooms, remove from heat, and let rest 5 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F.
07 - After searing pork and preparing gravy, transfer both to slow cooker and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Refrigerate mushrooms separately and stir in before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Bone-in pork chops provide the best flavor and moisture. Let them rest before cooking for even seasoning and tenderness.
02 - Mushrooms should be cooked separately to remove moisture and deepen flavor before combining with the dish.
03 - Use a meat thermometer to confirm pork is fully cooked and safe to eat at 145°F internal temperature.
