# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 120 g dried cranberries
02 - 110 g red onion, thinly sliced
03 - 110 g pecan halves
04 - 225 g grape tomatoes, halved
05 - 15 g shaved parmesan cheese, optional
06 - 140 g gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
07 - 70 g apple chips
08 - 375 g rotisserie chicken breast, sliced
09 - 310 g spring greens, washed and dried

→ Dressing

10 - Panera Fuji apple vinaigrette, use as much as you like

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pour the Fuji apple vinaigrette on top right before eating or let people add their own. That way everyone gets what they want.
02 - Gently mix all the ingredients together so you get bites of everything in each forkful.
