01 - Grilled Sesame Chicken

→ Salad

02 - 4 cups shredded green cabbage
03 - 2 cups shredded red cabbage
04 - 1/2 cup diced green onion
05 - 3/4 cup freshly diced cilantro
06 - 1 cup shredded carrots
07 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly julienned
08 - 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced

→ Dressing

09 - 1 batch Sesame Ginger Dressing

→ For Serving

10 - 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds
11 - 1/3 cup roasted cashew halves
12 - Sesame seeds
13 - Extra cilantro
14 - Extra green onion
15 - A few jalapeno slices
16 - Crispy wonton strips (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Marinate the chicken using the grilled sesame chicken recipe.
02 - Make the sesame ginger dressing and set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, add the green and red cabbage, green onion, cilantro, carrots, bell pepper, and jalapeno. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat the veggies. Cover and set aside while the chicken is baked or grilled.
