Zesty shrimp and veggies seared in minutes for a fast, flavorful skillet meal.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined (30/40 count)
02 - 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
03 - 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
04 - 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
07 - 2 medium bell peppers, thinly sliced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine shrimp, fajita seasoning, 2 tablespoons olive oil, lime juice, and garlic. Toss well and marinate for 10–15 minutes.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell peppers and onion; cook until tender, about 5–7 minutes. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
03 - In the same skillet, add marinated shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Do not overcook.
04 - Return cooked vegetables to the pan with shrimp. Toss to combine and heat through. Serve hot with optional garnishes or in tortillas.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Do not marinate shrimp for more than 30 minutes, as the lime juice can overcook them and affect texture.
02 - Use a cast iron skillet for best sear and flavor development.
03 - Fresh lime juice and garlic offer better flavor than bottled alternatives.
