# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 1.25 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1 large celery stalk, peeled and finely chopped
03 - 3 scallions, thinly sliced
04 - 0.25 cup mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
07 - 1.5 teaspoons prepared horseradish
08 - 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
09 - 0.25 teaspoon paprika
10 - Kosher salt, to taste
11 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

12 - 4 hot dog buns, preferably potato, split
13 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil shrimp in salted water until opaque, about 2 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water until cooled, then pat dry and chop into bite-size pieces.
02 - In a bowl, whisk celery, scallions, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, horseradish, vinegar, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in chopped shrimp.
