# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped
03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
05 - 1 tsp onion powder
06 - 1 tsp paprika
07 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
08 - 1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
09 - 8 oz tomato sauce
10 - 1/4 cup ketchup
11 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard
12 - 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
13 - 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
14 - 30 oz frozen tater tots or crispy crowns
15 - Dried parsley, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for about 8 minutes, breaking beef into crumbles until browned.
02 - Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Stir and cook for 2 minutes to allow the spices to bloom.
03 - Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes until combined.
04 - Remove from heat. Sprinkle Colby Jack cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
05 - Arrange frozen tater tots in rows over the cheese. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
06 - Remove from oven, rest for 2 minutes, and garnish with dried parsley before serving hot.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For extra crispiness, bake tater tots directly from frozen without thawing.
02 - Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt and texture.
03 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
