17 - 30 g parmesan, grated
18 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
19 - 3 garlic cloves, made into paste

→ Topping

20 - 200 g mozzarella, shredded

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until golden, about 4–5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
02 - Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Stir in tomato puree, then deglaze with red wine. Add tomato passata, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, and sugar. Simmer 25 minutes, then stir in parmesan.
03 - Slice tops off rolls and hollow them out. Mix melted butter, garlic paste, parsley, and parmesan. Brush mixture inside and outside of rolls.
04 - Bring salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain without rinsing and toss into meat sauce.
05 - Fill bread bowls with spaghetti and sauce. Top each with mozzarella.
06 - Bake bowls at 175°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes until bread is crisp and cheese is melted. Broil 1 minute for golden tops if desired.
