# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 400 g spaghetti
02 - 300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 200 g cream cheese, plain or with herbs
04 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1 small onion, finely diced
06 - 150 ml vegetable stock
07 - 100 ml cream (optional)
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil
09 - Juice of 1/2 lemon
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste
12 - Fresh dill, parsley or basil, for garnish
13 - Chili flakes (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve 100 ml of the pasta water before draining.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the onion until translucent, then add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
03 - Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Drizzle with lemon juice and remove from the pan.
04 - In the same pan, stir in cream cheese, vegetable stock, and optional cream until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.
05 - Add the drained spaghetti and cooked shrimp to the pan. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce.
06 - Heat gently until evenly warmed through. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Do not overcook the shrimp to keep them tender.
02 - Parmesan can be added for extra creaminess.
03 - A splash of white wine after sautéing the onion enhances flavor.
04 - Use milk or light cream cheese for a lighter version.
