Crispy naan is loaded up with juicy chicken, rich tzatziki, and colorful, crunchy veggies for some Mediterranean flair.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 2 slices naan flatbread

→ Protein

02 - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

→ Tzatziki Sauce

03 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
07 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
08 - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

→ Vegetable Toppings

11 - 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
12 - 1/4 cup red onion, sliced thin
13 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

→ Cheese and Garnish

14 - Fresh dill, chopped, to finish
15 - 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slide your stacked naan back onto the baking sheet and let everything heat up in the oven for 8–10 minutes until that crust is golden and hot. Take it out, sprinkle on fresh dill, and enjoy while it's still warm.
02 - Grab the toasted naan, slather tzatziki all over each piece but leave a little edge. Top with cooked chicken, tomatoes, onion, olives, and some crumbly feta, spreading it all out evenly.
03 - Put the naan right on a baking sheet and crisp it up in the oven for about 5 minutes. You just want a little crunch.
04 - Turn your oven on and set it to 190°C (375°F).
05 - Toss the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped garlic, olive oil, squeezed cucumber, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl. Whisk it up till smooth, then set aside for now.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Want some heat? Throw on some red pepper flakes or a little spicy harissa before eating. Crunch lover? Top with fresh arugula or cucumber slices at the end. If you need it dairy-free, just use dairy-free yogurt and cheese. More protein? Add extra chicken or chickpeas.
