01 - 2.2 pounds fresh mussels, cleaned and debearded

06 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic and cook for 5 minutes until soft and fragrant.
