Cover one side of your chicken with half the BBQ sauce, turn it, slap the rest on the other side, and air fry another 2 or 3 minutes till it's 74°C inside.

Let those chicken thighs cook for 7 minutes, flip 'em, and give them 7 more minutes.

Give the air fryer basket a quick spray, then spread your chicken thighs out in just one layer.

Get your spice mix all over every piece of chicken, both sides please.

Mix up smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic and onion powder, salt, black pepper, and that optional dash of cayenne in a little bowl.

Use your sharp knife to cut away extra bits of fat on the chicken thighs.

Heat your air fryer up to 190°C so it's ready for action.
