→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups cold mashed potatoes
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
08 - 2 large eggs, beaten
09 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
10 - Cooking spray or oil for air fryer

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, 1 egg, garlic powder, and black pepper until fully incorporated.
02 - Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls. Repeat with remaining mixture and place on a tray.
03 - Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
04 - Roll each ball in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs. Return to tray.
05 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray air fryer basket with oil. Arrange balls in a single layer and spray tops with oil.
06 - Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
07 - Remove from air fryer and let cool 2–3 minutes before serving with desired dipping sauces.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Chilling the shaped balls for 10–15 minutes helps them hold their shape during cooking.
02 - For extra flavor, mix herbs like chives or parsley into the potato mixture.
03 - Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even crisping.
