Air Fryer Salmon Patties (Printable Recipe)

Crispy salmon patties made fast in the air fryer with simple ingredients.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Patties

01 - 1 can (14.75 oz) pink salmon, drained and deboned
02 - 1 large egg
03 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
04 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Salt and black pepper to taste
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

→ Cooking & Serving

11 - Olive oil cooking spray
12 - Lemon wedges, for serving
13 - Tartar sauce, optional for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Lightly spray the air fryer tray with olive oil cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - Combine salmon, egg, mayonnaise, panko, lemon juice, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley in a large bowl until well mixed.
03 - Divide the mixture evenly and shape into four round patties.
04 - Place the patties into the prepared air fryer basket and lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray.
05 - Set air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and cook for 10–12 minutes until patties are golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Remove patties from air fryer and serve hot with lemon wedges and optional tartar sauce.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Use panko breadcrumbs for a crispier texture, but standard breadcrumbs may be substituted.
02 - Debone canned salmon for smoother consistency, though soft bones are edible and nutritious.
