Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadillas (Printable Recipe)

Crispy tortillas filled with beef, bacon, and cheddar for a quick comforting dinner.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 slices bacon, chopped into small pieces
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
04 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
05 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon mustard
07 - 2 ounces cream cheese
08 - 5 tortillas (regular, low-carb, or gluten-free)
09 - 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook bacon pieces in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels, leaving a thin layer of fat in the pan.
02 - In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat, breaking up the meat, until beef is cooked through and onions are softened. Drain excess fat.
03 - Reduce heat to low. Add bacon, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and well blended.
04 - Sprinkle cheddar over one half of each tortilla. Spoon beef mixture on top, fold tortillas into half-moons, and press lightly to seal.
05 - Heat a clean skillet or griddle over medium heat with a light coat of oil or butter. Cook quesadillas until golden and crisp, 2–3 minutes per side. Rest briefly before slicing.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet or toaster oven for best results.
02 - Substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef, or use dairy-free cheese alternatives for dietary needs.
03 - Sprinkle extra cheddar on the outside of tortillas before cooking for a crispy cheese crust.
