Cook chopped bacon in large pot over medium heat until crispy, stirring occasionally for even browning. Remove bacon and reserve 1 teaspoon grease in pot.

Add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic to pot with bacon grease. Cook over medium heat, breaking up meat and cooking until beef browns completely and onions soften. Drain excess fat.

Stir in burger seasoning and Worcestershire sauce, cooking 1-2 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook additional minute, stirring constantly to develop deep flavor.

Mix in dill pickle relish, mustard, and tomato sauce, stirring until well combined and smooth.

Add rice and beef broth, mixing thoroughly to distribute rice evenly. Bring to boil, then reduce to gentle simmer. Cover and cook 18-20 minutes without lifting lid until rice is tender.

Remove from heat. Fold in half the cheddar cheese and crispy bacon. Top with remaining cheese, cover, and let stand 3-5 minutes until cheese melts completely.
