# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan and line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale, about 5 minutes. Add vanilla and melted butter. Mix until combined.
04 - Fold in mashed bananas. Gradually add dry ingredients. Spread batter in prepared pan and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and springy.
05 - While warm, roll cake in parchment from short end. Cool completely on wire rack.
