# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 8 slices thick sourdough bread
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

03 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
04 - 1 cup BBQ sauce divided
05 - 12 thin slices fresh pineapple
06 - 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in a baking dish and coat with half the BBQ sauce. Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Let cool slightly and shred with forks. Mix in remaining BBQ sauce.
