10 - Lettuce, shredded
11 - Cheese, dairy-free or regular
12 - Pickle slices

→ For the Burger Sauce

13 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
14 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
15 - 1 teaspoon mustard, Dijon or yellow
16 - 1 teaspoon pickle juice (from the jar of pickles)
17 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
18 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano or mixed herbs, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
02 - Wash and cut the potatoes into chips, then pat dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and sprinkle with half the spice mix. Mix well to ensure even coating.
03 - Spread the potato chips on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 30–40 minutes, or cook in an air fryer for about 20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
04 - Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the beef mince, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Once browned, sprinkle with the remaining spice mix and cook until any excess moisture evaporates.
05 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.
06 - Divide the cooked potato chips among bowls. Add shredded lettuce, cooked beef mince, cheese, and pickle slices to each bowl. Drizzle burger sauce on top and serve immediately.
