Place the steak in a glass baking dish. Pour the marinade over the steak and turn to evenly coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours.

Preheat a grill, grill pan, or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Remove the steak from marinade and cook on the hot surface for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare, or to desired doneness.
