02 - 1 large egg
03 - 60 g all-purpose or spelt flour

05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Dried oregano, to taste
07 - Dried basil, to taste
08 - Granulated garlic, optional

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C using top and bottom heat. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, and flour until a thick, sticky batter forms.
03 - Add salt, oregano, basil, and optional garlic to taste. Mix thoroughly to distribute the seasoning.
04 - Using a spoon, portion the mixture onto the prepared tray into 1 cm thick rounds.
