01 - 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
02 - 6 oz Crab Meat (fresh or imitation)
03 - 2 tbsp Green Onions (finely chopped)
04 - 1 tsp Garlic Powder
05 - 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
06 - 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

→ Wrappers & Frying

07 - 1 pack of Wonton Wrappers (about 20–25 wrappers)
08 - Water (for sealing the wrappers)
09 - Oil for Frying (vegetable or peanut oil)
10 - Optional: Chopped chives or cilantro (for garnish)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and crab meat. Stir in the chopped green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
02 - Lay the wonton wrappers flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture into the center of each wrapper.
03 - Moisten the edges of each wrapper with water and fold into a triangle or pouch shape. Pinch the edges tightly to seal.
04 - Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
05 - Carefully fry the wontons in small batches for about 3-4 minutes, until golden and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
06 - Serve hot, garnished with chopped chives or cilantro if desired. Pair with sweet-and-sour sauce, soy sauce, or any dipping sauce of your choice.
