In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and crab meat. Stir in the chopped green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Lay the wonton wrappers flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture into the center of each wrapper.

Moisten the edges of each wrapper with water and fold into a triangle or pouch shape. Pinch the edges tightly to seal.
