16 - 200g pasta
17 - 1 teaspoon salt (for pasta water)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat vegetable oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and celery. Cook until softened.
03 - Stir in minced garlic, chopped chili pepper, and chopped Ramiro pepper. Cook until fragrant.
04 - Add tomato paste to the pan. Stir to combine with vegetables and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Pour in the cream while stirring. Season with salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, paprika, and chili flakes. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until slightly thickened.
06 - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to evenly coat and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
