Using a serrated knife cut the bread into evenly sized cubes. Transfer them into a large mixing bowl.

Add olive oil garlic powder dried herbs salt and black pepper to the bowl. Toss thoroughly until each bread cube is evenly coated.

Set the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit and allow it to preheat for a few minutes.

Spread the seasoned bread cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for approximately 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Shake the basket halfway for even cooking.

Remove the croutons and allow them to cool completely. Use as a topping for soups salads or casseroles.
