                Peel and slice the potatoes evenly. Boil in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry completely.

                Heat oil to 180°C. Fry the potatoes in small batches for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

                In a bowl, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Add shrimp and mix well. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

                Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook 3–4 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

                Arrange fries on a plate and top or serve alongside the shrimp. Garnish with extra chili flakes or fresh herbs if desired.
