Drop black beans, corn, then the diced tomatoes over chicken at the bottom of your slow cooker.

Sprinkle pepper, ranch powder, and onion powder all over the top.

Place the cream cheese right on top, then pour lime juice and chicken stock around it.

Pop on the lid. Let it go for 3 to 4 hours set on high or 5 to 6 on low, till chicken is at least 74°C in the thickest part.

Pull out those chicken pieces and use two forks to shred them, then pop the meat right back in.

Blend it up so the cream cheese melts in. Dish it out hot however you like.
