# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 1/4 cup olive oil
02 - 1/4 cup lemon juice
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
07 - 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and freshly cracked pepper in a bowl or large zip-top bag. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
02 - If using chicken breasts, fillet each piece into two thinner sections. Place the chicken into the marinade, ensuring it is fully covered. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to 8 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Transfer marinated chicken to the skillet and cook on each side until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes per side depending on the size of the pieces. Cook in batches to prevent overcrowding. Discard the excess marinade.
