04 - 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 50 grams plain breadcrumbs
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly, then cut into uniform florets for even roasting.
02 - In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and chopped parsley. Stir to evenly distribute the ingredients.
04 - Arrange marinated florets on a parchment-lined baking tray in a single layer. Generously sprinkle the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture over each piece.
05 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning florets halfway through, until golden and tender.
