# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ For the Marinade

01 - 1/4 cup olive oil
02 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
03 - 1 tbsp honey
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 tsp salt
08 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ For the Chicken

10 - 1 1/2 to 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
11 - More Parmesan for topping
12 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours for optimal flavor.
02 - Heat the grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
03 - Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and juices run clear.
04 - In the last 1–2 minutes of grilling, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese over the chicken to allow it to melt slightly.
05 - Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Enjoy with grilled vegetables, over pasta, or with a fresh salad.
02 - No grill? Cook in a skillet or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.
03 - Use chicken thighs for a juicier option, or chicken breasts for a leaner choice.
