17 - 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine all ingredients for the chicken souvlaki marinade in a large ziplock bag. Add chopped chicken, seal tightly, and coat the chicken in the marinade. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
02 - Grate the cucumber and drain through a cheesecloth, fine mesh sieve, or using your hands. Combine with yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
03 - Combine all topping ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well.
04 - Thread chicken onto skewers or cook individual pieces. Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Brush with olive oil and cook chicken for 7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
