                Clean grill grates thoroughly with an oiled paper towel and preheat to medium-high heat.

                In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice. In another bowl, mix garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.

                Pat halibut fillets dry. Brush with lemon-oil mixture, then sprinkle with seasoning blend on all sides.

                Place halibut skin-side down on grill grates. Close lid and cook for 5–7 minutes until edges are opaque. Flip and grill an additional 3–4 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches 135–140°F internally.

                Transfer grilled halibut to a plate and let rest for a few minutes before serving with lemon wedges and optional parsley garnish.
