Salmon Skewers Lemon Grill (Printable Recipe)

Salmon squares and lemon slices, brushed with olive oil, garlic, and lemon pepper, then grilled until just right.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 700–900 g boneless, skinless salmon fillets, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
02 - 2 or more lemons, sliced into rounds

→ Marinade

03 - Juice of half a lemon
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 80 ml extra-virgin olive oil
06 - 2 teaspoons fine sea salt
07 - 1.5 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

→ Assembly

08 - Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 15 minutes

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, fine sea salt, and lemon pepper until fully blended and emulsified.
02 - Add salmon pieces and lemon slices to the marinade, tossing gently to coat every surface. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to penetrate.
03 - Fold each lemon slice in half. Alternate threading folded lemon slices and marinated salmon onto pre-soaked wooden skewers. Space pieces for even grilling.
04 - Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking. Arrange skewers on the grill, turning every few minutes for even cooking and caramelization. Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
05 - Transfer skewers to a platter and rest briefly. Serve hot, optionally sprinkling with extra lemon juice for enhanced freshness.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Soaking wooden skewers in water prevents burning during grilling and helps maintain skewer integrity.
