Add salmon pieces and lemon slices to the marinade, tossing gently to coat every surface. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to penetrate.

Fold each lemon slice in half. Alternate threading folded lemon slices and marinated salmon onto pre-soaked wooden skewers. Space pieces for even grilling.
